Akron Council on World Affairs Featured Over WZIP-FM

Jane Walker Snider, ACWA Executive Director, has been invited to serve as the host interviewer for WZIP's Community Concern Programs which feature diplomat guests of ACWA. On April 23, she interviewed ACWA guest David Schwake, Political Counselor, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Snider also recently appeared as a guest on the Community Concern program, where she explained the programs and goals of ACWA during a half-hour interview conducted by WZIP General Manager, Tom Beck.

Scroll down to 'David Schwake, Akron Council on World Affairs - Germany and the U.S.' or 'Akron Council on World Affairs' on the Community Concern page and click to play the show.

WZIP-FM has expressed an interest in producing future Community Concern Programs featuring ACWA guest diplomats. Ms. Snider has agreed to conduct those interviews as a means to educate the WZIP listeners on international issues that affect Northeast Ohio interests, economically and politically, through participation of informed diplomats from key global partners.
